Organization and intelligence to help small business owners grow and excel.

Remember…

There was a time when we all worked for big companies — when we needed help. It was all right there in-house.

We had departments to take care of all aspects of Business Administration and Operations. All sorts of people were doing their job to support the work we did every day.

There were Departments for Information and Technology, Research and Development, and Sales and Marketing. We even had access to help in Human Resources, Finance, and Customer Support Departments.

Today, that’s changed.

Especially when you work on your own — as a solopreneur, creative entrepreneur providing a professional service, or small business owner— it’s up to you to keep the business running smoothly and doing the work.

Often that means working remotely and involves technology to keep a digital storefront and a physical home office.

It can be frustrating, even overwhelming, at times. Even when it goes well, it can be time-consuming.

It often keeps you from the work you’d rather be doing…

That’s where I come in. I handle all the details and help you tackle those projects on your to-do list — you know, the things you hate doing — so that you can get back to doing the work you do best, your superpower.

After all, it’s likely the reason you started your business.

Brenda took care of all the breakout rooms, handled the tech issues, managed our timed participant exercises, our chatroom and all the background work so I could focus on my role, hosting our guest speakers, and providing an excellent experience for our members. We’ll definitely trust her with our live Zoom events in the future.
